Double slotted standards have two parallel columns of slots running the full length. The advantages are more bracket insertion points per standard — finer height adjustment increments; longer bracket engagement making brackets more stable under load; and better alignment across multi-standard runs. Specify double slot for long shelving runs, high-load applications, or where precise shelf height consistency across multiple bays is important.
