Use two brackets per shelf as the minimum — one at each end of the shelf. For shelves wider than 48" or under heavy loads, add a center bracket. For glass shelves, use the dedicated glass shelf brackets (GSB series) and consider the EC-DSP48 48" continuous support bar for full-panel glass shelf installations to prevent center sag.
