Standard slatwall accessories (hooks, shelf brackets, faceouts, waterfalls, baskets) are compatible with both 3-inch and 6-inch groove spacing — the accessory engages the groove the same way regardless of spacing. The only difference is positioning — with 6-inch spacing you have fewer groove positions to choose from vertically, so your shelf height options will be in 6-inch increments rather than 3-inch.
